One planning meeting to finalize details
Creation of a detailed event timeline and layout
Vendor confirmation and coordination
Assistance with decor setup and styling (client-provided items)
Overseeing event flow and troubleshooting
Coordination of speeches, games, or special moments
Cleanup coordination at the end of the event
Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination on event day

Full Service Event Planning
For the host who wants professional support from start to finish.
Services begin as soon as you book and include:
Unlimited email communication
Venue and vendor sourcing (caterers, florists, rentals, entertainment, etc.)
Budget management and payment tracking
RSVP and guest list management
Custom event timeline and layout creation
Theme and decor design consultation
Vendor contract review and communication
Setup and styling on the event day
On-site event management and troubleshooting
Cleanup coordination at the end of the event
Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination on event day
