    This package is designed for the couple who has planned their wedding but wants a professional to oversee the final details and ensure the day runs smoothly. Beginning 60 days before your wedding, we step in to review your plans, finalize logistics, and create a detailed timeline. On the wedding day, we manage vendors, guide the flow of events, and handle any unexpected issues so you can simply enjoy.

    Services include:

    • Initial consultation to review your plans and vision

    • Three coordination meetings (60 days, 30 days, and 7–10 days before the wedding)

    • Detailed timeline and event management plan

    • Communication with vendors to confirm final details

    • Management of ceremony and reception

    • One lead coordinator on the wedding day, with the option to add additional staff if needed

    Investment begins at $1,850
    Rehearsal coordination is available as an add-on for an additional fee.
    Travel, guest count, and other logistics may require additional labor and fees.

    This package is designed for couples who appreciate a more hands-on approach to planning but still want the steady guidance of a professional throughout the process. It includes everything from our Coordination package, plus ongoing support as you make important decisions along the way. Together, we will schedule 8 meetings to cover each stage of planning, ensuring you feel confident and supported from start to finish.

    Services include:

    • Everything included in our Coordination package

    • Assistance with vendor recommendations and selection for remaining services such as florist, photographer, and caterer

    • Guidance and support with design and décor choices, including meetings to map out selections and create a cohesive look

    • Regular check-ins and consultations throughout the planning process to offer advice, keep you organized, and address questions as they arise

    • Assistance with creating and managing a budget for remaining wedding needs, including payment schedules and tracking

    • Access to a list of preferred vendors and discounts where applicable

    Investment begins at $4,200

FULL PLANNING

  • Full Service Wedding Planning
    This package is designed for the couple who wants guidance and support every step of the way. It includes everything from our Coordination Package plus complete planning services from start to finish. From budget management and venue selection to vendor coordination and design, we handle the details so you can enjoy the process and focus on celebrating.

    You’ll have scheduled planning meetings throughout your engagement with unlimited communication in between. Your planner will attend vendor meetings with you, assist with design selections, and oversee the flow of planning from beginning to end. On the wedding day, you will have two coordinators present to ensure every detail is carried out seamlessly.

    Services include:

    • Everything included in our Coordination Package

    • Comprehensive assistance with all aspects of wedding planning from start to finish

    • Venue scouting and selection support

    • Attendance at vendor meetings and contract negotiations on your behalf

    • Design and theme development, including invitations, décor, and overall aesthetic guidance

    • Budget management and tracking, including payment schedules and reminders

    • Unlimited communication and support via phone, email, and in-person meetings

    • Guest list management, RSVP tracking, and seating arrangements
